No. All features are absolutely free. There is nothing you have to pay to use.

Are there any upgrades or subscription fees?
No. There are no upgrades or subscription fees. JETC.com is a 100% free user-oriented site.

Am I going to receive junk mail after I join JETC.com?
No. Your e-mail address is protected because it is hidden from visitors. You also have an option to keep your street address and phone number from being displayed. You will be contacted only by people who are interested in doing business with you. JETC will also send you site updates occasionally. We monitor the site very closely to block any abusers.

Will my information be sold to third parties?
No. JETC will never sell your information to anybody.

How do I post ads?
We made the steps as simple as possible for first-time visitors. Complete the single-page Registration Form and you are ready to post your ads.

How do I change my ad?
Select Edit My Ads option in the upper right of the page. Login and click Modify Ad button.

What is my Ad Number?
An Ad Number is a number that identifies your ad. Your Ad Number is sent to you via e-mail when your ad is posted.

I lost my Ad Number. How do I retrieve it?
You can find your Ad Number by using one of the search features. Simply enter your company name in the search box and press Search to look for your ad. Once your ad is located, open the ad page. Your Ad Number is located in the upper left of the page.

How do I find my own ads?
Enter your company name in the Search box, click Search and look for your ads.

How do I delete my ad?
If you no longer wish JETC.com to display your ad, simply select Edit My Ads option in the upper right of the page. Login and click Delete Ad button.

How do I add a photo to my ad?
You can upload an image from your computer by selecting the Edit My Ads option in the upper right of the page. Click Add Photo button after you login.

How do I replace my photo?
You can replace your image by selecting the Edit My Ads option in the upper right of the page. Click Add Photo button after you login.

My computer does not let me upload an image.
To successfully upload a picture, your picture must have the following specifications:

Type: .GIF or .JPG format
Bytes: No larger than approximately 50000 bytes.
Size: No greater than 200 pixels (width) x 200 pixels (height).

What is Auto Notify?
Auto Notify is a trade alert feature that helps you to obtain specific leads you want. New leads will be automatically sent to you via e-mail by setting keywords using Auto Notify agent.

How do I use Auto Notify?
Click Auto Notify option in the upper right of the page to access Auto Notify page. Click Create Agent button and set your preferences.

How do I change preferences in my Auto Notify settings?
Click Auto Notify option in the upper right of the page to access Auto Notify page. Click Modify Agent button and change your settings.

How do I delete my Auto Notify settings?
Click Auto Notify option in the upper right of the page to access Auto Notify page. Click Delete Agent button to remove your settings from Auto Notify.

What is My Leads and how do I use it?
My Leads option allows you to Create and manage your own trade list based on the requirements you define for your marketing campaign. Once you create your trade list, you can start sending inquiries to these prospects.

How do I change my account profile?
Click here to change your profile. You can change your username, password, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.

My ads have been deleted. Why?
There are several reasons. If any of the following applies, the ad may be removed from the system:

• The same ad has been posted more than once.
• The ad with the same title heading has been posted more than once.
• The ad with the same description has been posted more than once.
• The ad placed in the wrong category (ie: seller posted an ad in Buy category).
• The ad is expired.
• The e-mail address is invalid.
• The content is insignificant with no value to the JETC community.
• The ad content is invalid: work from home, home-based business opportunities, multi-network marketing, gambling, adult-related, suspicious investment scheme, live animals, or animal byproducts.
• The user attempted to manipulate or abuse the system whether it was deliberate or otherwise.

I entered the correct ID and password, but I could not login.
Abusers, repeated offenders of the membership rules you see above, or anyone who manipulates the system or does not share the spirit of the JETC community will lose their membership.
